Cryo-Ultramicrotome
Description
The Leica EM UC7 Ultramicrotome eqipped with the FC7 cryo-chamber attachment gives users the ability to collect either ultra-thin room temperature or cryo-sections for observation using electron, light, or atomic force microscopy.

- Standard feed range from 1 nm to 15,000 nm in steps of 1 nm for automatic ultra- or semi-thin sectioning
- HD1080A Microscope Camera
- FC7 cryo-attachment temperature range: -15°C to -185°C
- FC7 heated chamber walls to prevent ice formation
